SafeTech is Hiring an Aviation Oxygen Shop Technician Near City of Industry, CA

SafeTech USA is actively seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician to support the Oxygen Bottle Shop for our facility located in: City of Industry, CA
Position Overview:

This position requires an individual who is detail oriented, has a strong work ethic, works with urgency, and performs all tasks in a safe manner.
The successful candidates will be responsible for repair and overhaul of Oxygen Cylinder Assemblies in an aviation safety and survival equipment facility.
Day shift M-F 5 AM - 1 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge, skills and technical aptitude to build a product that meets specifications and exceeds customer expectations.
Must be able to complete various types of maintenance documents such as Test Results and In-Process Inspections in accordance with FAA and EASA Regulations and company policies. Legible handwriting is a plus.
Technician that is self-motivated.
Good eyesight and color vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly.
Must be able to lift 75-100lbs.
High School diploma or a general education degree (GED). Technical School training and certification is helpful.
Have the ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, and manuals.
Math skills must include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to push, pull, tug (using hands and feet), bend, kneel, stoop, etc.
Work hours generally 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday-Friday. Overtime is approved to meet customer order completion when warranted.
