Summary:

Looking for valuable members for our Financial Analytics and Reporting (F.A.R.) group. Behind every strategic decision is a dataset created by an Analyst. The Financial Business Analyst will work closely with team members and key leadership in providing insightful and meaningful reports and analytics to drive change and action recommendations.

Essential functions:

• Uses software and scripting, typically including Tableau and SQL, to generate metrics and reports and synthesize them into actionable recommendations.
• Assists one or more business teams in understanding and utilizing data.
• Provides support to management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users.
• Responsible for leadership reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and/or data QA.
• Collaborates with various function teams such as finance/accounting, business development, and executive leadership to achieve business results.

Our ideal candidate:

• Clearly communicates actionable insights based on analysis performed.
• Has a strong knowledge of performance reporting & analysis, commission/pay models, corporate financial evaluations, and costing/budget/profitability methodologies and processes.
• Demonstrates ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience creating and designing scalable report and dashboard templates.

Competencies:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
• Tableau or Power BI (required)
• SQL/MySQL/Snowflake
• Salesforce familiarity preferred

Required education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or current related certifications.

• 3 - 5 years of related experience required
