General Summary:
An Intensive Case Manager (ICM) at Safer Foundation is responsible forassisting clients obtain vocational training, recruitment, engagement, referral, case management and administrative responsibilities. He/she acts as a coach and trainer forSafer clients enrolled in the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program. The ICM provides effective, comprehensive, and holistic services to each of the clients on his/her assigned caseload. This positionworksacrossagency departments andassistsinrecruitingfortraining and career pathwaysrelated to Healthcare, Transportation, Advanced Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc.
