SafePro Commercial Cleaning is Hiring a Cleaning Technician Near Long Island, NY

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team as a part-time employee. This position is suited for someone seeking supplemental income during the afternoons and evenings. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or residential cleaning, facilities maintenance, and floor care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities including restrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Stock designated facility areas
  • Assist with porter and custodial duties as needed
  • Arrive to the work location in a timely fashion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in either commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, or facilities maintenance
  • Reliable transportation/ driver's license
  • Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and reliability/punctuality
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • MUST be able to pass background and drug test

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
