Job Description: A highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide fast, and efficient, technical support to our growing client base.

About the Job: Our Technical Support Specialists are the front lines of the company. Technical Support Specialists work closely with the IT Support Team providing valuable insight and effective solutions for our clients’ technical support needs.

As part of our support team, you will assess and diagnose computer hardware and software issues and train users in basic system and computer functions, while maintaining clearly documented resolutions. We believe everyone brings something unique to the table and look for opportunities for our team members to contribute to various company and client related projects.

Candidates considered for this role must possess advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and high-level communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure servers’ software, applications, tools, and patches as needed.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Resolve systems, application, hardware, and network trouble tickets.
  • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining LAN/WAN/Wireless networks.
  • Track related IT issues, coordinate resolution, and assist in driving issues to closure.
  • Escalate high severity issues to other technical team members for resolution.
  • Maintain firewalls and enterprise security (VPN, anti-virus, email scanning etc.).
  • Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS and Windows Server systems

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of support desk experience.
  • General Understanding of business processes, software and data management
  • Solid Teamwork and people skills
  • VMWare / Hyper V
  • AD, Remote Desktop, DNS, Group Policy
  • TCP/IP Networking, Firewalls, VPNS
  • RMM Tools (Ncentral, Ninja, Kaseya, Automate, Autotask)
  • Windows Server OS Management
  • Patch Management
  • IT Infrastructure-server, cloud, and networking
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of peripherals.

Actively Interviewing with plans to hire within 2 weeks. Applicant must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to submit a background check. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
