SafeinHome is Hiring a Client Services Representative Near Tempe, AZ

SafeinHome is hiring Client Services Reps! We offer benefits to full-time employees! You must be able to work at our Tempe office and be willing to take ANY shift. Work from home is NOT possible.

SafeinHome monitors adults with developmental disabilities and seniors who may be challenged living independently, to improve their safety and quality of life and enable them to live independently. This reduces the need for direct care staff and helps individuals enjoy privacy and live in homes and communities rather than institutions.

A Client Services Representative manages the onboarding of new client accounts and the maintenance of accounts, including the creation and maintenance of care plans, ensuring that the assistive technology and remote support plan for a client meets their needs, the communication of issues to the client’s care circle, and helping to solve client account problems as they arise.

Requirements for the position:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with various web browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must pass an FBI background check.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience related to or desire to work within the social work and/or healthcare fields.
  • Customer service experience, especially over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
