SAFEGUARD SECURITY surveillance is Hiring a Call Center Agent Near Hartford, CT

Our last call center reps earn an average of $20 an hour, I want the next rep to earn even more, call or message me now for details.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Provide information and answer questions about products or services
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices for successful sales strategies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
