Safeguard Global Recruiting is Hiring a Salesforce Data Coordinator (Hybrid) Near Pleasant Hill, CA

Job Overview:
Our client is a growing nonprofit in Pleasant Hill with a mission focused on the inclusion of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Coordinator to manage system syncing, pull reports, process financial gifts, manage campaigns, ensure data integrity, and be the ‘Salesforce Guru” needed to support the organization’s growth! The selected candidate will receive stellar benefits such as generous PTO, holidays, and winter break, matched 403b contributions, 100% paid medical premiums for the employee, and a hybrid work schedule only requiring 1-2 days/week in the Pleasant Hill office.

Responsibilities:

  • Process financial gifts from various contributors.
  • Sync data from external systems like peer-to-peer fundraising and online auctions to Salesforce.
  • Manage campaigns and their online tool relationships.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for Development staff.
  • Ensure team is trained in maintaining donor relations and Salesforce data.
  • Verify batch reports from Finance department against Salesforce data.
  • Assist with on-site event registration.
  • Help develop and maintain accurate record-keeping policies.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce for Development and Finance needs.
  • Provide Salesforce support and training to Development staff.
  • Address internal and external data inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with data searches, reports, and extractions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for database procedures.
  • Conduct regular database check-ups to ensure cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Assist Chief Development Officer (CDO) with partnership fulfillment.
  • Support CDO and Development Department as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Salesforce database management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or related field.
  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, especially in Report/Dashboard development and data hygiene.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Mathematical and statistical skills.
  • Experience in non-profit organizations and project management.
  • Ability to provide end-user training and adapt to new software.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour
