Job Summary

SafeGuard Data Storage provides off-site data protection of vital information and other corporate assets — our client’s electronic and paper data files. Our associate position is responsible for many important tasks related to our record center operation, including but not limited to; moving boxes and materials between our clients and our facility in Fort Worth, Texas; loading and unloading vans and trucks; driving courier vehicles; using wireless scanning technology, preparing paperwork, and performing customer service in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. Opportunities for promotion into management are available.

Requirements for this position include:

• Applicants should be computer proficient, able to complete paperwork accurately and completely, and understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate verbally with fellow personnel and customers in a professional manner.
• Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate safe/efficient-driving skills.
• 1 years route transportation experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to adhere to and enforce all security procedures.
• Able to lift materials weighing up to 70 pounds; able to use tools to maneuver.
• You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, and be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, physical, and a background check.
