Safe Network Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Success Manager Team Lead to join our team. As the Partner Success Manager Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-4 Partner Success Managers dedicated to managing partnerships with our existing customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, maintain high satisfaction levels, and maximize the value of their partnerships with Safe Network Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 Partner Success Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships with existing customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Technical Operations, to deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and partnership growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management, customer success, or partnership management.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT services and solutions is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
