Seeking a full-time sales support assistant who is detail-oriented, organized and efficient with excellent phone skills
Essential Duties
Build strong relationships with clients
Administer the client process to include, interviewing, and assessing potential clients, scheduling and confirming meetings
Prepare, organize and complete client documents
Follow progress of applications and transfer forms
Maintain client data in Contact Management system to include recording notes, assigning and scheduling follow-up tasks.
Research and resolve client request
Administrative support
Coordinate with outside financial companies
Experience/Skills
Financial Services Industry
Administrative support
Retirement planning and financial background. (401(k)s, IRAs,)
Prior experience with WealthScape and HubSpot helpful or other Contact Management System.
Prior Customer Service experience
MS office products
Self-sufficient, detail-oriented,
