Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential assistance to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will support clients with daily living activities, community outings, and ensure their comfort and well-being.

Duties can include:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping services
- Help clients with mobility and transportation to medical appointments
- Monitor and report changes in client health status to the supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate medical documentation following HIPAA guidelines - Accompany DODD clients into the community for outings, Dr. visits, and shopping.

Skills:
- Experience in senior care or DODD care
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals for patients
- Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing practices in a home care setting -Familiarity with a safe environment in and out of the home
