CNC Machinist - Shift Supervisor 

$26 to $36 per hour, based off experience.

$5000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities:

• The Supervisor/Machinist will monitor manufacturing work in process to ensure we are meeting the needs of the customer.
• Communicate with Quality Control regarding quality or delivery concerns.
• Assist in troubleshooting & fixing processes.
• Interview & train new employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Promotes and maintains a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, and customer focused attitude between departments.
• Promote improvement and the use of process-based approach and risk-based thinking.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent to 5 or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrate strong decision making and people management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to complete reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Strong manufacturing and CNC machining background.
• Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing.
• Walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area.
