Sadler Health Center is looking for an Assistant Director of nursing to join our team. 

You will support our Mission to advance the health of our community. Sadler provides comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatments and case management services to our patients and neighbors in Cumberland and Perry County! As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) you will play a pivotal role in our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Medical Services and Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee clinic operations, patient care, and staff management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish efficient patient flow patterns.
• Evaluate clinic operations for improved patient outcomes.
• Direct activities of medical services supervisors and trainers.
• Ensure staff adherence to training and competencies.
• Oversee training for medical services and community health worker teams.
• Manage clinical staff education and development.
• Develop and oversee the Medical Assistant Training Program.
• Support quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Direct laboratory and vaccine program operations.
• Establish processes for medical call triage and patient satisfaction.
• Promote compliance with regulatory standards and laws.
• Set professional and customer service standards.
• Collaborate on protocols and policies with the Medical Director.
• Coordinate with program managers for clinical program development.
• Integrate the Community Health Worker model for addressing Social Determinants of Health.
• Ensure timely grant deliverables and oversee community events.
• Review and approve applicable invoices.

Qualifications:

• Must have effective communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must have experience working at multiple locations with a multiple provider office
• BS degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience as part of medical clinic leadership or healthcare administration AND a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care as an RN.
• Must hold an active License as an RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Must have the ability to work and travel between our locations on a regular basis.
