Description

SaddleBrooke Two is looking for a part-time patroller that cares about the community and wants to contribute to their safety. Patrol operates 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We run three shifts, but offer flexibility in scheduling. However, must be willing to work overnights. The purpose of this position is to provide a mobile and stationary patrol presence in the community. The primary functions of this position are to be an ambassador to the community including patrolling community property such as various buildings and gate access points, assisting in emergency situations, and interacting with homeowners and guests regarding community concerns. This position may also be required to enforce rules and regulations, CC & Rs, governing documents, traffic, and issue citations. This position assists with community events, traffic control, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, or a related field. 
• Patrol experience within a planned community, a plus.
• Valid AZ Driver License, clean driving record, and qualify for insurance coverage under SaddleBrooke Two’s fleet insurance. (i.e., must be 26 years or older).
• Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification, preferred – required to be complete within 6 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and mediation skills. 
• General computer skills required.
• Willing to learn software and database, as required.
