Description

Facilities Coordinator is responsible for:

• Preparing meeting rooms and spaces for events including social gatherings, lectures, and meetings.
• Setting up the meeting room, arranging tables and chairs, equipment, and refreshments to specific requirements/requests.
• Ensuring that member and guest needs are met throughout the event, including additional refreshments, adjusting lighting, and climate control.
• Clean-up and set-up of the room for the next event. 
• Assisting with Banquets and other functions.

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have some technical ability.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must be able to move furniture.
