About this position
The Assistant Film Editor is responsible for editing films and organizing film and equipment under the direction of our Marketing team. They will help take all the raw video Saddleback captures and turn it into beautiful films that communicate the brand and message of Saddleback.
The Assistant Film Editor accomplishes this by applying strong editing skills and creativity. They will collaborate with our videographer to form a vision and then use their skill, creativity and ability to get things done and drive to a deadline to deliver completed films that are on brand.
The responsibilities that follow are performed under the supervision of the Marketing manager.

You will be required to meet in the office as needed (2-3 days/week). Currently the position is hybrid remote and in office. In the future, you might be required to spend all or most of your time in the office.
The Assistant Film Editor has limited contact with customers, frequent contact with Saddleback employees in the marketing department, and limited contact with vendors.

Laptop with at least 16 GB of RAM
Other Requirements
Able to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to complete assignments
Available for meetings and support during regular business hours
Occasional travel
