Role Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a General Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and fostering a positive work environment for our team members.

Required Qualifications:
Strong people skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Previous management experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on coaching and developing staff.
Ability to effectively navigate difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for delegating tasks and managing priorities.
Weekend availability, with a commitment to being present during peak hours to support the team.
Responsibilities as a General Manager at Saddleback BBQ:
Lead and inspire a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and guest relations.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive work culture through effective communication, coaching, and recognition of team members' contributions.
Collaborate with the regional manager and corporate office to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
Hours:
The position typically requires 40 hours, with a focus on weekend availability to support peak business hours. General Managers are expected to be present for two weekends a month and complete a specified number of closing shifts. The latest any of our locations stays open is 8:00 p.m.
