Overview

The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Coordinator will coordinate onsite support to the operational team and to be the subject matter expert on the warehouse management system.

What you will do:

• Coordinate warehouse management system /technical support with broader Kimberly-Clark support team.
• Maintain site specific data within the warehouse management system.
• Maintain and onboard RF equipment and User Access to support assigning on site users and working with vendors on configuration issues and/or shipment to vendors for repairs.
• Assist with problem solving by pulling and presenting key data points.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the workload is being distributed properly and evenly by managing the warehouse management system down to the floor.
• Monitor warehouse management system forecasted workloads inbound and outbound to ensure adequate utilization of facility and transportation resources.
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience related warehouse management systems

• Ability to learn new systems and become a subject matter expert

• Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills; must be able to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize and work under pressure
• Ability to work with a wide range of cross-functional teams, such operations, engineering, IT, and client, and is as comfortable with interpersonal interactions as with code
• Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and present information to stakeholders Ability to influence without authority, build strong connections across departments and throughout operations
