Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm

Responsibilities :

• Primary responsibilities include generation and approval of accurate and timely customer invoices using systems with a strong focus in MS Excel
• Matching, verifying, and approving carrier freight invoices for payment in systems
• Reviewing carrier invoice supporting documentation for issues and / or accessorial charges
• Ability to resolve billing issues between customers and carrier
• Cross-training with other team members in the department on AP / AR billing functions
• Utilize imaging system to index invoices, PODs, and back up documents
• Other duties as assigned related to the billing operations and Saddle Creek

Job Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of one-year experience in a billing, financial or data entry position

Skills and Abilities :

• The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with auditing functions a definite plus.
