As a Manager Solutions Engineer at SADA, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to working closely with clients in the Data Analytics and AI domain. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will oversee the creation of Technical Sessions and lead the implementation process, ensuring that solutions are effectively delivered and meet client expectations. In addition to managing the implementation process, you will also provide training and enablement sessions to ensure that clients understand and can effectively utilize the solutions provided. You will lead workshops, demos, and proofs of concept to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the solutions, driving revenue, professional services, and loyalty as a trusted advisor for our clients.
As a Manager Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and insight to clients and internal stakeholders. You will be a crucial resource for clients with specialized technical needs, helping to build strong relationships and drive customer success.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in the Data Analytics and AI domain, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and developing others. Expectations
Proactive Customer Engagement: You will regularly interact with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and ensure a successful implementation process. You will engage with various customer stakeholders, including technical project managers, engineers, and executives.
Reactive Customer Support: You will be the escalation point for technical consultations and ad-hoc interactions with customers, working closely with Sales Representatives and other technical resources to address client needs.
Onboarding/Training: You will lead the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed. Onboarding will include learning materials, compliance training, and meetings with relevant individuals.
