At SNAHC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,629-$82,027.
Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Program Manager (PMBH) reports to the Behavioral Health Clinical Director and is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and staff development of recovery programs and services. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of SNAHC’s SUD grants and contract funded activities using innovative community-based approaches as set forth by grant objectives and Behavioral Health Department strategic goals. The Program Manager oversees collaborative efforts with internal interdepartmental stakeholders and external community partners. The Program Manager serves as the direct supervisor of SUD staff within the Behavioral Health Department and provides guidance and oversight to ensure the achievement of grant deliverables.
This role will have an assigned primary location but may be required to work at or travel to different locations as needed.
