RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks in apartments and common areas
- Performing Full Unit Turns
- Performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and appliances,
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants
- Ensuring the property is well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations
- Assisting with property inspections and maintenance reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years previous experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
