Why you matter:
As a retail sales leader, you will be responsible for the overall guest experience and
store operations. You will manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and
make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for
achieving store productivity and help assist our team of designers while treating
everyone with dignity and respect. Most of your time will be spent actively engaging with
guests and team members to help ensure our guests are completely satisfied. Your
schedule will consist of weekday and weekend shifts. You’ll enjoy many great benefits
