Zolman Restoration is seeking a Large Loss Project Manager to join our team!

The Project Manager will supervise and coordinate various contractors and team members to ensure projects are fulfilled on schedule, in accordance with plans and specifications, while ensuring a quality product for the owner.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create and execute buyout strategy for each project.
• Quality Control/Quality Assurance of job sites
• Create and maintain project schedules for each project.
• Conduct weekly Owner/Contractor meeting pulses for each project.
• Conduct weekly Team Meetings, per project, with respective project teams.
• Weekly meeting pulse with Project Superintendent(s)
• Customer communication and feedback loop
• Cultivate and increase the number of relationships with Trade Partner community.
• Head off problems before manifestation

• 7 years of Commercial and Residential Building Experience
