Scope of Responsibility: The Civil Technician is a member of a crew performing general construction activities, with an emphasis on using hand tools, operating heavy machinery, having the ability to understand and perform the layout of framing, have strong knowledge of concrete carpentry, conduct installation of various types of concrete building foundations and slabs, installation of conduit and trenching, and installation of aggregate roads and compounds. This individual shall at all times uphold the foundational goals of Sabre, “Client Service, Quality, and Safety” to enhance the integrity for which the organization has become known.
