Qualified Candidates:

• MUST HAVE experience in skilled nursing facility admission/ marketing and referral assessments
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Have clinical knowledge and be able to read referrals, assess patient needs and assist in making clinical acceptance decisions for our communities.
• Work to grow market share by increasing conversions from hospitals to our communities
• Provide onsite support at hospitals and assist potential clients with making their community of choice and assist case management with finding the appropriate skilled nursing community for their referrals.
• Engage facilities with the communities they serve by providing outreach programs to local senior organizations and senior living communities
• Work with communities to build and work business development plans to achieve census goals as well as increase referral sources and overall market share
