Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must have High School Diploma
• Must possess an unencumbered license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of employment
• Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census.
• Must have one (1) year of experience in scheduling at a nursing care facility 
• Assisting with the scheduling process on the off days
• Must be willing to work the floor when there is no coverage
• Responsible for testing the staff and the residents as needed for CDC guidelines; testing will be completed twice on a weekly basis and includes entering data
