Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program AND/OR
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Preferably 1-year experience in working the RAI process
• Preferably 1-year experience in MDS Coordinator

Shift & Wage:

• Full Time Opportunity Available
• Shift Needed: Day
• Wage: $45-$50 per hour
