POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs. You will recruit for the Tidewater area.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work at Waterside Health & Rehab located in Norfolk, VA.
  • Must possess an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Must be skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Must have strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals.
  • Must be able to utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates
  • Must be able to Identify future hiring needs and submitting job requisitions.
  • Must be able to conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and other projects as assigned.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all payroll, medical, and health related information.
  • Must be able to verify employees with work and personnel records as necessary.

Experience:

  • Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in Health Care Recruitment.

Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available
  • Shifts Available: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Salary: Based on experience
