Qualification/Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Applicant must be a Certified Activities Director, Recreational therapist, and/or COTA OR at least have the ability to obtain certification
• At least two (2) years of Recreational and Activities experience 
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan
• Must possess a clean driving record
• Responsible for implementing and supervision of day-to-day resident activities
• CPR certification required
• Working knowledge of computer and software application required

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift: Day shift & every other weekend
• Wage: Up to $19 per hour
