Position Summary:

The Hospital/Clinical Liaison is responsible for managing referrals and business development for their accounts and area. Maintaining excellent customer service is our goal.

Education & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in skilled nursing facility admission/ marketing and referral assessments. 
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Have clinical knowledge and be able to read referrals, assess patient needs and assist in making clinical acceptance decisions for our communities.
  • Work to grow market share by increasing conversions from hospitals to our communities.
  • Provide onsite support at hospitals and assist potential clients with making their community of choice and assist case management with finding the appropriate skilled nursing community for their referrals.
  • Engage facilities with the communities they serve by providing outreach programs to local senior organizations and senior living communities.
  • Work with communities to build and work business development plans to achieve census goals as well as increase referral sources and overall market share.

Experience:

  • Clinical background preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.
