Saber Community Support and Development Office -

We are looking for a self motivated individual who wants to further their career and join our team as a Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the billing department of a long-term care facility or hospital. This position is an in-office position located in our Community Support and Development Office.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist supports and develops the Business Office staff of the community to ensure the timely and accurate revenue cycle billing process.

Responsibilities / Qualifications :

  • This is an in-office position in our Beachwood, Ohio location
  • Generate, submit and follow up on claims
  • Creates timely, accurate update of collection notes
  • Understanding of Medicaid & Medicare
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Exceptional math and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Ability to communicate in a positive manner, with tact, professionally, and efficiently with communities, management, agencies as well as other members of the Company

Experience

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in long-term care or hospital billing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Matrix preferred

Shifts and Wages :

  • Full-Time Opportunity
  • Shift Needed : Monday-Friday (Flexible hours)
