The Medicare Basics is seeking Licensed Insurance Agents to join our team!
Top Performers earning $2,000 per week
We are a licensed, appointed, and certified Medicare secondary tele-digital agency - which allows our agents to write their business over the phone. We are licensed and appointed in 33 states and work with almost every major provider, letting our agents to always be able to offer the best plan for the beneficiary. We specialize in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, as well as ancillary plans, allowing us to operate year-round. We run solely on inbound leads, ultimately putting you on calls with prospects who want to speak with you.
$21 hr plus bonus (after 60 days)
$20 hr during probationary period (up to 60 days)
$18 hr during training (2-3 weeks)
Tiered Commission structure - The more you write, the more they are worth.
Residuals - paid monthly on entire book of business every year
Inbound Pre-Qualified Calls. No Cold Calling. (Not now, not ever!)
Retention department to maintain and help your clients so you can focus on building your book of business!
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (may vary depends on Enrollment Period)
