As a Client Operations Coordinator at Saatchi & Saatchi, you will support the workflow of process and project initiatives to meet deadlines and serve as a project manager. An ideal candidate will have internship experience in an ad agency, or some work experience in marketing, customer service, or other related field requiring the use of interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
We currently maintain a hybrid work policy under which you will be required to work in-office three days per week and may work remotely the other two days each week. Please note the Company’s policy on in-office attendance is subject to change at any time.
While the Client Operations Coordinator role is primarily internal facing, participation in client meetings and direct client communication may be required.

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
