• Responsibilities:

Helping patient/client with bath, care of mouth, skin, hair, Helping patient/client in and out of bed and assisting with ambulation; Helping with health care treatment as determined in patient's/client's plan of care; Preparing meals and helping patient/client with eating; Helping patient/client to bathroom or with use of bedpan; Performing household services which support the patient’s/client’s self-care program at home to prevent or postpone institutionalization, Reporting changes in the patient's/client's condition and needs and assisting in emergency situations; and Completing appropriate records and signing full name, title and date.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Requirements:

• No Criminal records
• PSS Certificate Preferred
• Transportation
• Smart phone with reliable internet as timesheet will be done online.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
