Position Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Administer medications and adhere to proper medication management procedures
• Record and report any changes in client's condition to the nurse supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, following infection control protocols
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Follow the client's individualized care plan, as directed by the nurse supervisor

Qualifications :

• Active and valid CNA certification
• Previous experience in a private duty or home care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be available to work weekends
