Job Title: Concrete Laborer/Form Carpenter
Location: Lebanon, OH
Company: A leading general contractor in the oil and gas industry is seeking experienced Concrete Laborers/Form Carpenters for an upcoming project in Lebanon, OH, starting between April 22-29th. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a concrete laborer and 4 years as a form carpenter, along with the necessary PPE and tools, we offer competitive pay, per diem (if applicable), a 60-hour workweek, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment.

Concrete Laborer/Form Carpenter Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a concrete laborer.
• 4 years of experience as a form carpenter.
• Form carpenters must have basic hand tools and a tool belt.
• Experience working in the oil/gas industry is a plus.
• Must have a hard hat and lace-up steel toe boots.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must complete site-specific safety training before starting.
• Must be able to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).

Concrete Laborer/Form Carpenter Responsibilities:

• Tie rebar and assist with formwork construction.
• Help build and align form systems.
• Construct scaffolding and platforms.
• Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy in construction.
• Assist with the concrete pour and finishing tasks.

Concrete Laborer/Form Carpenter Compensation/Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $24-$29 per hour (based on experience).
• Per diem: $100/day (if applicable, for workers living 80 miles away).
• 60-hour workweek (Monday-Saturday).
• Weekly direct deposit.
