What You will be doing :
Handle tiered tickets and escalations providing onsite andremote assistance for Windows Mac Linux iOS and Android platformsas needed.

Compliance and Vendor Engagement : Collaborate with engineering for audit compliance ensuringadherence to standards in hardware management and oversee vendorengagements meeting KPIs and service level agreements.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Identify recurring issuesdocument processes for global adoption manage IT deployment foroffice buildouts and explore new technologies / methodologies toenhance operations.

Bachelors degree or equivalentexperience in information systems or related field
Proven history of administration and support of EnterpriseWindows environments analyzing troubleshooting and resolving issuesthen creating mitigation strategies.
Strongjudgment problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to growrelationships and rapport.
The ability totranslate between technical details and the realworld impact theyhave.
