Job Title: Pilates Instructor

Job Summary:

A Pilates Instructor at S2S Functional Performance® is a vital member of the S2S® team and plays a key role in the company’s mission to help others Live Healthy, Energetic, and Injury Free™. S2S Functional Performance® is seeking a professional Pilates Instructor.

As a multidisciplinary performance facility, we value instructors who hold multiple fitness certifications and have a background in group fitness, yoga, barre, GYROTONIC®, and/or personal training. A licensed physical therapist who is also a Pilates Instructor has a great advantage as a part of our S2S Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private sessions, small group training, sports performance, coaching, goal setting, membership engagement, and client retention activities
• Represent the values and professionalism of the company and enhance the overall brand awareness and S2S REACH
• Collaborate with other instructors to improve the overall S2S experience
• Provide a safe and educational environment for clients
• Emphasize functional fitness, core strengthening, and small class sizes to provide the best instruction possible

Qualifications:

• Certified through nationally recognized associations
• In pursuit of or completion of college degree
• Energetic and professional expert in the field of Pilates
• Willingness to bring ideas and techniques to improve the S2S experience
