As an ‘Strategic Business’ – join S2 Analytical Solutions in supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) by maintaining SOURCE OPERATIONS program controls that enable communication and documentation of cross component program management (cost, schedule, performance). 

Job Overview: As a Strategic Business specialist you with support the SX Program Control Objective is to implement and sustain program management control processes, analyses, and financial operations to meet optimal program closure within programmed funding. These controls enable cross component coordination and agile decision making. 

Responsibilities

Duties:

• Maintain Program Controls: Enable communication and documentation of cross-component program management (cost, schedule, performance) for SOURCE OPERATIONS.
• Assist with Program Management Plan: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Program Management Plan.
• Program Management Reviews: Participate in Program Management Reviews and Business Rhythm activities.
• Content Coordination: Assist in coordinating and maintaining forums, repositories, and briefing materials related to program management.
• Establish and Maintain Program Control Board: Support the establishment and maintenance of the SOURCE OPERATIONS program control board for communication, decision-making, and documentation of cross-component requirements.
• Advocacy and Communication: Advocate for the SOURCE OPERATIONS program with executive, congressional, intelligence, departmental, and stakeholder oversight.
• Congressional Briefings: Deliver two annual program profile briefings to Congressional monitors and provide responsive support for program status briefings to IC, executive, and congressional oversight.
• Leadership Support: Assist in developing leadership focus briefs and respond to oversight queries and workforce FAQs.
• Professional Development: Enable the development and maintenance of professional certifications, personal growth, and team development.
• Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership, consultation, facilitation, and guidance to the client and project team based on specialized knowledge and experience in policy and administration, planning, business management, communications, and project management.

Qualifications

Required:

•  Demonstrated specialized experience in data management and trend analysis.

• Demonstrated specialized experience in project and program management.
