The ideal candidate:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience on Loader, Dozer or other heavy equipment used in site development
• Must have a strong work ethic, be highly motivated and dependable
• Must be able to operate equipment in safe, expeditious manner and in accordance with OSHA safe practices
• Must have basic knowledge of equipment mechanics and maintenance
• Ensure equipment is cared for and maintained for efficient and safe daily operations
• Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Successful completion of pre-employment and random drug testing is required
• Trenching and confined space training is a plus
