Looking to fill 2 positions for DSP/Caregiver:

2nd shift - 3-11pm. Every-other weekend & PRN.

1st shift 7-3am. Every or every-other weekend & PRN.

Apply in person at 415 A Street, Prophetstown, IL for the DSP/caregiver position.

C.N.A. is NOT required.

Must be dependable, self directed and enjoy helping others.
