S&S Worldwide, Inc., the largest U.S. manufacturer of roller coasters and major amusement rides, is seeking a PARTS SHIPPING COORDINATOR to handle the shipping of amusement ride parts to customers, seeing that components and assemblies are completed and shipped as expeditiously as possible to meet customer schedules, along with other duties as assigned.
The position requires a minimum of a high school displom or equivalent, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; familiarity with Encompix preferred), proven mechanical systems understanding and aptitude, the ability to read and interpret ride drawings, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Candidates should possess good organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Preference will be given to candidates with undergraduate education and a proven record of being a proactive self starter.
