Overview:
S&S Outdoor Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and excavation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape construction projects, including building and installing features such as walkways, patios, fire pits, and retaining walls.
- Perform general maintenance on equipment
- Assist with construction of pond/lakes
- Operate power/hand tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Demolition work and general dirt work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping/ equipment operation preferred, but willing to train individuals willing to learn
- Familiarity with operating power/hand tools and equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
