This position will work from both the office located in Mason, OH and from home . This position will work under the supervision of the Group AR Manager. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, posting checks and ACH payments to customer accounts, reconciling postings to total deposits, reconciling vendor sheets, reconciling AR aging reports and light AR postings in the accounting system. This role will work closely with the internal team, clients, vendors, or any other company personnel to create invoices and check for calculation errors. They will also be responsible for initial customer set up and maintenance of invoices, fee allocation and billing statements. This role will serve as a back-up to other key AR roles as needed and provide support services for other positions in the Finance department when necessary.

Requirements

Associate degree or 3 years of experience with AR for a high-volume transactional company

Strong data entry, analytical, and reconciliation skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to pick up patterns of logic

Willingness and ability to learn new responsibilities and skills as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be intermediate or expert level in Excel: pivot tables and lookups are a must know how.

Sage Intacct Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics

Microsoft Outlook with ability to track high volume of emails

Past experience with CRM such as salesforce, hubspot or KEAP
