Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning - Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery to enhance the overall appearance of outdoor spaces - Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues such as pest infestations or plant diseases - Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner - Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Qualifications: - Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices - Familiarity with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs - Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, digging, and bending for extended periods of time - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the company - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities If you have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Landscape Technician.
