Job Description
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join our Learning and Development team as a Quality Analyst. The successful QA is responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound and outbound customer contacts providing feedback to our agents and leadership ensuring that our company policies and agent training programs are being followed.
Applicable candidates must have reliable transportation and proper time management skills and should come to the table proficient or above in all Microsoft office products with previous call center experience. Internal candidates we will provide training to operate systems and programs regarding the quality management programming, external candidates we will review customer service programs and expectations prior to quality management training to ensure the candidate has the necessary base understanding.
Compensation Schedule
$40k-$42k Annually
Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM Full Time, Non-Exempt

Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate agent contacts (recorded and live) to provide feedback for quality and training purposes.
• Assist agents with techniques to improve where there are noted deficits.
• Assist with the creation and updating of training materials for agents.
• Provide reporting of call quality results to the contact center leadership team.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with internal and external customers.
• Any additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proficient fluency in Spanish
• Detail-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Results orientated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
• Commitment to learning and individual development with a focus on exceptional customer care.

Working Environment
Currently, S&S has a remote work policy which provides for employees to be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is subject to change based on business need. Position location: Bolingbrook, IL.
