Customer Service Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and onboard new employees
- Monitor and evaluate other cashiers
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and inventory management
- Previous experience in a customer service or managerial role preferred
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
