- JOB DUTIES:
• Analyze customer requirements and size Vapor Recovery equipment using OEM performance software • Work with fellow engineers to identify and design new or existing solutions and prepare technical proposals for account managers to present to customers• Participate in tracking of the company’s quotes for equipment procurement purposes through proper execution of the CRM system. • Provide expertise and assistance to field service technicians in operation of compression equipment• Provide expertise, assistance, and information to customers and account managers with respect to equipment details, operating limitations, and emission compliance questions that may arise • Coordinate with both internal resources (account managers, environmental teams, make ready teams), as well as external resources (customers, vendors, etc.) to ensure proper communication of expectations and requirements.• Occasional site visits to gather details and information related to Vapor Recovery equipment• Carry out any additional tasks requested from engineering and purchasing• Promote a positive and productive work environment
